What to Expect
We see all patients on an appointment basis. We are committed to running on time, and we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to help us facilitate an efficient experience. Please provide 24 hour notice for an appointment cancellation in order for us to care for another patient at that time. A fee will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours, and for No-Show’s. When scheduling your appointment, the more information you can give us about your foot problem, the better we can prepare for the visit.
Chiropody services are not covered by OHIP, but are covered in whole or in part by many supplementary health insurance plans. We accept the following payment methods: Debit, Cash, or Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard).
CLAIM SUBMISSION: Knowing your insurance benefits is your responsibility but we are glad to write a predetermination for services if your coverage is unknown. We will assist you in any way we reasonably can to help get your claims paid. We provide receipts suitable for submission to your insurance coverage and additional documentation where necessary.
